What WIll Happen now???

If someone was to do a scam that says:

"WoW is giving away free gold yes free and all you need to do is /w me you Account "Name and "Password". For more information go to WWW.FREEGOLD.COM"

and then post this in WoW on /1 General Chat, /2 Trade, /4 LookingForGroup and /5 Guild Recruitment with a recently made character level 1 named something like "Eublizerd" and then to log off 10 seconds later after posting.

What will the penalty be if any?

Yeah blizzard is touchy about gold sellers and will walk through hell to find and ban anyone advertising it
