Is there a way to download your complete text history with somebody?

I have an iphone 4s and it is slowly falling apart. It is pretty old and I am thinking about moving on to a new phone. This new phone will probably not be an iphone due to money restrictions at the moment but I wanted to save some of the texts I have had with my family and friends including old pics and the whole thing. And instead of scrolling back for hours on each person for 4-5 years worth of texts and pics I was hoping one of you might know a way to just download the whole text history including pics? Is there a program for this?

I do not know about the iphone, but for the Android, there is an app called easy backup, which backs up text messages, contacts, images, etc. Maybe you can find something similar for iphone?

Any time I switch over phones, I use this to backup from one and upload to another (also a good idea to periodically make backups and upload to drop box.

I guess ill look for something similar for iphone. This seems to be exactly what I was looking for.
