Milk The net problem..

So i registered some weeks ago at milk the net..BUt today ive tried logging in and it says my info is incorrect..I thought i'd forgotten about my info so i clicked on "forgot pass" and typed in my e-mail and it says there isn't such an email registered..Anyone might know what's the problem?
