Paypal Problem? Anyone able to help?

Hey there :P

So i have a huge problem, at this moment i have some money stuck on paypal because i cant send it
To lift the limit i have to link my credit card or my bank account but the thing is that i dont have any of those :S
Any suggestions?

It won't be easy, but safest way is to go to your local bank, and ask for personal storage account (Visa Electron).
It isn't debit card so you can't go underneath money you have on card and it is safe, can also be used on atms.
It works with paypal (using it myself), and once you get the card (in around week or two, depends where you live), you need to put some money on it, not sure how much.
I think around 5$ or something, and then go to paypal site, register your card, and they will charge that card with some money, max 5$, which they will give back after you verify the card.
After that wait for day or two, then go to that bank, and ask for transaction history, and in it you will see payment to paypal, and you will see a code there, which you need to enter on paypal site, to verify that card.
Than you will have fully functional paypal account, from which you can send, and you will also see money from your verify payment there. But for withdrawing money (depends on country), you will maybe need to confirm your address on paypal, that might take longer, until they send you mail with code in it, which you also need to type in paypal account to verify your address, but as I said that also depends on country.

I hope this helped, I was struggling with same thing for some time, and that was my only way out of it, and at end it wasn't hard.
