Im new here and i saw some ranks.So how do i earn them?

The ranks being:
Leecher(new users),
active user(above 15 posts iirc),
contributor(80 rep),
donator(paid for),
elite(325 rep),
legendary(600 rep),
news team(invited),
helper mod(invited),
moderator(invited),
super moderator(invited),
Web Dev (invited).
admin(lol never).
