Skyrim crashing to desktop HELP

As the tittle says - Skyrim is crashing to desktop, 10 secs after running the game.

3. Skyrim Crash To Desktop Fix:


- Go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound
- Click Sound
- In the Playback tab, right-click on Speakers (or whichever device has the green tick), then click Properties
- In the advanced tab on this new window, select 24 bit, 44100Hz (Studio Quality) in the drop down menu

This doesn't work (I checked every single option, not only 24 bit, 44100Hz and still nothing.

If any of you know how to fix it you gonna be repped as hard as i can (4 rep) you also gonna get my endless love, friendship and cookies.

I think it was 16 bit, not 24. Tried that?

Or try launching it with this Simple Borderless Window at Skyrim Nexus - Skyrim Mods and communityun as Admin ofc.

There are other mods that claim to improve the stability of skyrim, look around

Try installing .net4.0. That worked for me. : )
