Bad FPS lag in world of warcraft, Need help!

Helllo everyone, Im playing on a different laptop for a while as problems with mine but im getting very bad fps lag and i dont know why, the specs are:

Windows vista home edition.
3GB RAM.
Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 550 @2.00GHz
Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family

And thats all i can find out about it..

Ive tryed defragging, disc cleanup and godknows what else to try make it run a bit better but i can only play casually on WoW and cant really pvp at all because of the framerates, all of the graphics are on low too.

Does anyone know what i can do to make it run a bit better?

Turn off anti aliasing if you haven't already, shadows too.
Run WoW in windowed mode (fullscreen).
If all else fails: Run WoW in a lower resolution then your screen actually is.

Well.. in case you haven't noticed you have an integrated GPU + single core CPU.. so of course your WoW lags, maybe Vanilla WoW could run smooth on low-medium (not sure about high) but I don't think it could run WOTLK content smoothly.
