Wtf is this graphics card?

I just found out this laptop I borrowed has this graphics card:

Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator HD

I looked it up on google and youtube, most people said it was a good graphics card and I saw many people playing games such as portal on it with no lag or choppyness at all, but when I try to start up minecraft with it, I get the "Bad video card drivers" error. Also, where do I update the driver?
