    Exercise research

    Please answer these question if you got a little spare time

    Do you exercise? Yep

    What kind of exercise? (Soccer, walks , gym etc) 15 - 20 minute run in the AM and then weights at the gym whenever I get he chance. I also have an Iron Gym and resistance bands for my at home weight lifting after I run. Just to get the blood flowing and my muscles in check. Oh, and the run is always outside and always in the grass to protect my knees. I sometimes even do it barefoot or with my five fingers to get the protection.

    How often? 4 days a week. More if I can.

    Do you do it for fun, or to keep/improve your health? Health of course.

    Organized ( In a club for example) or privately? I use the Rec Center in my local town. I pay $60 bucks for a year membership.
    I don't do design anymore

    Yes.

    What kind of exercise + How Often?

    Cycling + Home workout every day apart from Sundays.

    Do you do it for fun, or to keep/improve your health?

    Bit of both, I do it to maintain my health but it is relaxing, due to the simplicity of the physical tasks required. No mental work required really.

    Private.

Research is an important part of any blog and many blogs might forget this at their disadvantage . So you can get prx squat rack to learn more new yoga tips. I have listed all the studies that have been completed recently with links so you can get a nice overview when finished reading.
