Unable to post a gold seller review

I'm getting the error message "you do not have permission to access this page" when trying to reply to a gold seller review thread. Anyone know why? Do I need to be a donator? If so, why? I have a story to tell and people should read it before ordering gold from the site in question so they won't get surprised.

Bump same here. Would like to post a review. But for some reason I can't. I'm just going to post in the Off-Topic because its about a service that seems to be well liked from the reviews here.
