He's 19, and even then, there is no place for age/Birth date to be entered on the registration form anyways,

Make sure you clicked off, 13 and above. Also make sure you accepted the terms of agreement. Re-make the account, it will work trust me.

There is no box for 13 or above, we've looked everywhere.
