1. Is the "Elite Section" aviable for donators?
2. What do they mean with:

Just a question, i.e what is the difference of Elite section and elite guides and exploits, what's left? (Sorry if it's an retarded question..)

That would be in the "donator" section, since non-Elite rank users +Rep'd him for it.
