[Status Update] My recovery from an attack..

As some of you know I was recently hit with a monstrous virus on my system that I do my websites, mods, objects, cities, etc. on. This was at first what seemed to be a general mishap given to me by some horrid php coder a$$h0|3 ut I shortly found out different.
I was able after several weeks of testing to find out that not only is there NO program able to fully remove this virus, but also that the ONLY way to remove it at all was to completely wipe my drives using a low level format live boot disk.

A little information about the virus:
The virus was a new strain of virut, and virux that have een commonly seen before, but this one was able to do a few tricks that the old ones couldn't. This one stored itself not only in all my html, php, css, exe, and dll files, but also in my windows system files, tmp files, bho's, and also inside of every file in my recycle bin, and worst of all, within the files created and UNDELETED after a format: The windows system recovery files.

I later found this to be a direct attack on me, and I'm letting the person that was lucky enough to GAIN access to my system know this now. If you're reading this, I'm back, and you didn't harm me as bad you think you did, so you'd better be ready to receive this ten fold. I am going to have a team of around 30 people help me in coding the perfect system to get "back at you" and believe me, wiping your drives won't help you when I get done with you.

To those that are wondering if this will prevent further progress on any projects I have planned to release:
It will impose a small difficulty, but nothing that I can't get past easily. I appreciate your concern, and if you are thinking that you'd like to help me get back at the person, I tell you this now, I will not condone, nor request any services offered by anyone here, the coders that I have working on this issue have been performing such attacks for YEARS and will be easily able to get this done.

you should learn to read better. It didn't hit my website, or private server, as I don't have one up. It hit my system where I develop SEVERAL things, one of the main ones being projects for my company.
That is why I care, because I lost well over 500 thousand in programs that I paid for, and spent my hard earned money on. Money that I now, don't have to spend.

I appreciate your halved attempt to comprehend what I'm going through and "coach" me through it, but I think you fail to realize that I'm not some young kid, I'm a full grown adult, and know full well how to handle my situations in life, so thanks anyways.
Also, on the IRL virus note, I did have one to be very direct. My wife just got over a month long terminal illness, so I would appreciate if you'd watch a little more carefully what you bring up.

trust me when I say that the one that WAS lucky enough to get into my system, didn't intend on doing anything but that in itself. I've taken measurable precautions to ensure the safety, and security of my files, and have never in the 6 years that I've had it running had someone actually get in, infect it, and manage to take data out.
Whoever did this is a professional, not some "geek sitting in his mothers basement", and if he IS in fact sitting in his basement, then he'd damn for sure hope that the locks get tightly shut, because I know now the location of the attacker, and am having a few "friends" take care of my light work.
I appreciate you guys' comments, and all, don't get me wrong, but I just made this thread to let you all know that EVENTUALLY, when I get all my stuff situated again (shouldn't take long) I will be back in full effect, and my stuff will be better than ever.

I would just like to say to all the people that are out there that think this is some kind of game.
1. it's not
2. I don't really give a damn what you think.
3. iv'e gotten all my programs back thanks to friends that work in specialized fields for the government
4. I was able to find the person that did it due to neglegence in their programming. See, all I had to do was upon recovering some of the infected files, create a quarantine for them, and view resource information from there, while they were inactive
So, yes, I was able to find out who did it, and yes, they are being taken care of. Are they a professional, no doubt, because the virus was a mutex of Virut, Virux, and Virtob, so it's DEFINITELY a professional job, and wasn't meant to be easily deletable.
Also, on the note of what I spent on my programs, I hardly doubt you know me, or what I do well enough to know what I have. just because YOU are too broke to spend that kind of money on things for a company that you are too immature to run doesn't mean that everyone is. Believe it or not, before the economical crisis of this 3 trillion dollar debted country, people had this thing called cash that could pay for things called programs to put on this magical wonder that you're oblivious to called a computer.

(Edit: At the person who just posted, 500k wasn't a figure of wow money, it was me commenting of 500 thousand. You also made yourself look like an idiot with you're lack of ability to read. I am also not stupid enough to keep my files on an internal system so i doubt very much they could do much damage to my files and folders, Its called having a back-up hard drive which i back up every morning.)
