Have you opened 3784 TCP/UDP inbound and outbounds? Sure you wrote the right IpV4 adress for inbound??

Sorry mate, don't understand you. Are you asking if you can connect to 2.1.4 servers with a ventrilo 2.1.4 client ( program), if that's the question, then no.
But this guide works if you want to install a newer version of ventrilo server.

Just tried, and it worked. If you want to open a server that supports 3.0.5 clients download Ventrilo - Download Product , are you sure you are using the right ip when opening the port inbound?

I've forwarded all my ports and my firewall is not blocking it. I've tested my port 3784 @ Open Port Check Tool and its running
