They would ban you, and if you got caught doing it in a real casino they just ask you to leave, it has happened to me, i suggest you only suggest other things to people when you know what your talking about.

Pretty sure counting cards, and the movie 21 is based off of Blackjack. Pokerstars is poker. Two completely different games. I would assume they will be telling each other what hands they have, so that they have a better chance of winning the hand overall.
