[Web Browser] Element Browser is back

Some of you may remember back when I announced about a friend of mines brand new web browser back in the summer, but he all of the sudden shut down element software and abandoned the whole project. The browser had a lot of potential and many of us were upset to see this browser go down. Well recently he started the project back up and Element Browser is back and better than ever. Its now on version 2 and has been completely started over since the first release. Element Browser Now supports, Windows Mac Linux and even Windows Mobile so everyone can enjoy the browser.
