You can use their free SMTP which only works for 10 emails I beleive.

If you want the full version you can:
1. Buy it or
2. Google it

If you dont like send blaster there is also Maxprog | MaxBulk Mailer, bulk emailer software and mail-merge tool for Mac OS and Windows
