WoW account question I need help

Ok I was reading some other posts and people were saying you can get your password reset and the email changed if you have someones account with all info ? is that true if so can someone explain exactly how thanks

and log in with there username/pass, you can change w/e you want with thier account there

if u dont have the pass u cant do it beacus what u do is take the guy from that account and put it on a new account
