    Starting a Business?

    I'm not so sure on how to approach this matter, but basically, I have a few friends who were wanting to start a business in selling Diablo 2 Items, Diablo 2 Powerleveling, as well as World of Warcraft powerleveling, and account selling. We live in the U.S. and basically I am wondering would there be any regulations in this type of business? I.E. would they have to pay taxes on each sale or if they have more than 1 employee getting paid does the owner have to pay taxes on those employees or would it be like, 1 person in charge and he just slides money under the table to the other employees? Any help will be much appreciated!
