Hey guys, as a Mac user, I find it pretty annoying if an application uses leopard and I have tiger. Lets take the WoW Bot "Pocket Gnome," this application requires leopard 10.5 which I have but some people have 10.4 or 10.3. This can be quite annoying but can be fixed with a simple text edit.
First, right click on your desired application and select "Show Package Contents" a window should pop up with one folder in it called "Contents," open this folder and inside this, there should be some files but we only want to edit one file, this is called "info.plist" this can be opened with Text Edit which comes with your mac, now, scroll down to the bottom of "info.plist" and it should say:
OK, we need to change the text which saysPHP Code:
<key>CFBundleSignature</key>
<string>????</string>
<key>CFBundleVersion</key>
<string>1.2.3</string>
<key>LSMinimumSystemVersion</key>
<string>10.5</string>
<key>NSAppleScriptEnabled</key>
<string>NO</string>
<key>NSMainNibFile</key>
<string>MainMenu</string>
<key>NSPrincipalClass</key>
<string>NoAccessApplication</string>
<key>SUPublicDSAKeyFile</key>
<string>dsa_pub.pem</string>
</dict>
</plist>
, change "10.5" to your operating system version which you can check by clicking on the apple logo on the top left of your screen and selecting, "About This Mac," click on this and it should say "10.5" or "10.4" or "10.3" there could be some more decimal numbers after this but it is the first decimal number you are looking for, E.G "10.5" and "10.4" and "10.3"PHP Code:
<string>10.5</string>
Down, now save the "info.plist" and run the application which you just edited, it should run perfectly and not shout at you for having the wrong operating system version.
Hope This Guide Helped!!!
