[Share] PIC to TEXT program

Ok this program is pretty tits but I DID NOT make it
I downloaded it at school on one of my random internet surfs

It can convert any Image you have into a text based image that you can copy and paste wherever you want it. It takes shading levels of contrast and actually creates a detailed picture (depending on the quality of the picture you import)
