i have a few questions about proxies

i'm in the USA

Proxies... i've tried a couple webrowsing sites that say they are proxies but really cause a lot of bugs through my IE or FF, such as pronproxy.com is not surfable for me =/.

So i'm looking for something more permanent, a constant proxy. This is what i've tried:


Tools > internet options > connections > Lan settings > looking up random proxy IP/Port from either xroxy.com or random site from google. I've recently been using an ip/port from some service called codeen or maybe c0d33n, something like that, anyway, is this good or bad?

so you probably know my questions:

What methods are full proof
Which are safe
Which are reliable (speed wise)

To your question which method is full proof:

The answer is, nothing is full proof. Now a days, almost everything is traceable, but most people don't have access to these methods. So if you use your proxies with digression you should be fine.

Here is the method I use:

Tor: anonymity online

Pretty much, it's a program that lets you changes your proxy for you whenever you click a button. It's very easy to use and easy to setup. Here is a guide on how to use Tor here:
