Well I give out like 13 rep per tick.. and im always giving out rep.. and since nobody else can giveout rep like that.. it makes it impossible for me to get that kinda rep back.. but my rep is from users giving me +1 +! +1 over time.. so it isnt that bad.. but I don't need rep.. if i wanted i could give myself 1 million rep.

also users with less than a certain number of posts (not telling what number) can give rep, but their rep doesnt count.

I give out 5 per tick. It depends on your rep power. If you have 3 rep power you give 3 rep, 10 rep power you give 10 etc. Rep power goes up when you get to post count markers and rep count markers

I know how to see how much you give. If you go to the homepage it says rep power on your character profile thing there. Whatever that number is is how much rep you give out in one go
