Custom Computer Build (opinions/comments?)

so in direct relation to the error i explained in this thread
I'm purchasing a new computer..
ATI wanted to give me an RMA for my radeon 9800 pro SE 128mb.. but their RMA would take ages.. and I can't sit around without a functioning computer for that long.

So I decided.. since AGP is old news.. theres no point in upgrading that.. even though I have an old P4 3.0ghz processor.. theres no point to upgrade that anymore either..

so heres my new build, i had my friend order the pieces through newegg since it was cheaper for him and then he'll send it all the way to me.

Should I use Windows XP Pro 64-Bit Edition?
Tell me what you guys think.. I already paid.. so it's too late to turn back, but would you guys have made any changes?
I multi-task a lot.. more than most humans..and I use dual monitors.. so.. some may think "wow.. thats overkill man" but I seriously need it for the kind of work I do. + gaming .

nice man but tobad i could probley get all parts like 10X cheaper lmao then new eggs sales them for hehehehehehe i love having friends in the hardware buiness i got my friend a GeForce 7950 GX2 for avbout 300$ when in stores near my house cost almost or more then 600$ hehehehehe

they had corsairs at that clock speed After MIR for 134$ but.. the ones i have are are -6 opposed to -8 listed on dealram.. i didnt look at it into that much detail though on dealram
