well this guy that i heard about wasnt really an idiot he was quite the opposite it was on the local news. This guy is going out to his car and apparently while opening his door makes a dent with the door on the car next to him serveral people witness this so he takes out a piece of paper and writes his contact info on the note. the person who owns the dented car comes out and finds the note in the windshield. he reads it and it says "the people watching me think i am writing my contact information so i can pay you but im not"
