Whats wrong with my video card?

I can 't seem to figure out why this is happening...

i have an ATI 9800 Pro All-In-Wonder 128mb...
yeah its old.. but it used to work fine.. and one day.. this..
i have the latest drivers and everything..
anyone able to figure this out?

(this doesn't only happen when im playing wow.. it even happens when im viewing webpages)

screen tearing
there is a setting in wow video settings to fix it

edit: snap didint see it was all over your computer

its a bad video card ill look around for you

i sort of had this on my nvidia fx5900ultra the problem was that it got overheated, so i simply put a better cooling system in my cmputer and it fixed it, perhaps try to remove some of the cabinet on ur computer to make it more "airy" that solved my issue for a little bit.
