[Ubuntu] Wubi Run Ubuntu in windows

I found this a few days ago and though it was pretty cool. What Wubi does is allows you to run Ubuntu directly from windows, you can install and uninstall it just like any other application. All you have to do is enter the drive you wish to install it on, the size, your username and password language and the desktop enviornment you want than wait for it to download the installation files, install reboot windows and your done! Hope some of you guys find it useful, I know I did!

Can't install it, can't download the required files with the installer.

    Download Wubi
Run it and see if you need to configure something.
Click next and wait till its download the Iso
    cancel it
Open up C: drive and go to a folder called ubuntu or something
Copy your iso into this folder
Run Wubi again and clcik next
It should skip the download and proceeed
After its done and it says restart restart
    Done
If that doesn't work, than let me know It seems to be downloading fine on my other laptop

Wow.. now I've installed it, gave him 9GB space. It used 11GB
When I started it it gave me 3 errors on startup.
When I tried to deinstall it, the uninstaller didn't work, he did nothing.
As I managed that the uninstaller deinstalls it...
It ****ed my complete windows and I needed to reinstall it completely with formating my harddrive. With that I've lost the most of my data.

    Linsux...

Wow man I'm really sorry It might have used an additional 2GB of space since I know intsalling linux yourself, on a partiton requires at least a 1GB swap partition

You don't have to feel sorry for that... it isn't you fault.
