How do i delete brosed websites

I need some help how i delete the info on sites i went to like for example Mmowned.com typed in address bar and now evry time i type in "m" a menu from the adress bar comes down and show a list like

mmowned.com/stuff

OK, im drunk and my internet explorer is in german. So i use my ULTRA TRANSLATION SKILL to help you clean the porn sites out of your history.

First click on "Extras" (in internetexplorer). Then click on "Internetoptions". Then there should be something with "20" and "Clear History or such ****" next to it. Click on it. Then click "... holy.. wtf... erm... i think its "inclusions" in english or such ****"". There should be a button called "autocomplete". Click on it, then click "delete formulars".
