If you want the cheap and easy way just use Windows Movie Maker.
It comes with every Windows and is an okay program to start out with.
After that go for Vegas or Premiere.. Whichever floats your boat. ^_^

I used Sony Vegas 7.0 for 3 of em and Windows movie maker for the last 1 and you can probebly Download it from a torrent or so
