Hello All,

I'm run a startup that is at initial stage but now it's high time to expand my team. I need a designer for my business. Can anyone let me know what is the difference between UI, UX and web designer and who should I hire for my business??

UI = User interface. What users see and visually interact with.
UX = User Experience. The ideology that a user will have a certain experience using your interface / product / service. It's closely linked to UI as it's the general experience the user gets by using your interface.
Web Designer = The person who will implement those 2 concepts after analyzing the needs of your business and clients.
