[Request] Looking for GIF Help

Im working on a new project and I need a little help with the gui.



I would like the top left logo pulse / glow. And the textbox.

I have no idea how to do this. I think it can be done with a gif.

If you want to do a GIF pic, the best thing to do, imho, is using photoshop.
