Looking for a website designer with experience

I'm looking for a website designer who has experience with fantasy websites, technical experience for web development is NOT required.

It is important that the design is custom and related with World of Warcraft, it shouldn't cause any copyright issues though. I like for example the style of designs which are created by "Evil" -> Evil Portfolio

You could allways use Enjin.com to make a website, its really great and ive used it alot

Well Enjin.com is indeed a interesting solution, but primary from guild websites. A private server needs a lot of "custom" codes to show the player list, server stats and so on.

Do you have a link for WebWoW enhanced Pharoma? Are there any know exploits which could be abused?

I have in general enough web developers to create a custom CMS or a website based on a general website CMS but simply no design, that is the reason why I look for a decent designer who is able to make a custom website design.
