[Request] Basic (or not) Photoshop Editing

Well it's been a while since I've been on here, but from what I remember, MMOwned is a community of highly skilled people in all fields, so I thought I'd start at the top with my request.

I'd like someone to take this photo:

And turn it into something much like:

I'd like the sizing of the font to be somewhat the same, along with the actual font being the same/similar. Can't really say I know either value as someone made this for me out of the blue.

The changes that I'd like made are just more professional blurring/wind of the text. And, the main thing, I'd like the infinity symbol integrated inside of the PERSist. Perhaps looping through the P and R or something like that. You guys are all far better with photoshop than I am, so whatever you think would look good. Thanks a ton in advance.

That's nothing advanced at all so I'm pretty sure you will get it done in no time I'd do it but I currently have very little time free this week and upcoming weekend, I'll see if I can wrap something up unless you get something from another member.

That's actually spot on to what I was looking for.
The font is great the way the letters are sorta blended together, and the infinity symbol looks perfect.
