[Hiring] 2D & 3D Graphic Designers for Upcoming Game Project

Greetings Graphics people,
I'm looking to hire a couple 2d & 3d graphic designers for an upcoming, semi-secret project I have thought about.
This will be an all-new form of game, and It will be for the PC as well as iPhone platforms.
This will be a tower-defense form of a game (but no, it's not just another boring TD. There's alot more to it, and trust me, it's an instant-success. Just need the inspirational people to help me build it.)
This will be a SIDE project, unless it's success gets a little bit ahead of us, and we can turn it into a more serious project.
It will be a money-involved venture, and all profits will be split equally between staff, or otherwise voted upon within ourselves.
It's kinda going to be a small team, a couple programmers and a couple designers, but it should work out pretty good.
