[Question] How do i get this effect?

Hey all, im trying to make an Wallpaper in Photo shop and i want to use this effect in it.



i'm a real noob at photo shop and i cant get the pen tool to go in a Curved line like that.. any help or a guide would be appreciated..

i could improve the Pen tool i think, but i only just started with Photo shop

You should erease some of the lines so it looks wrapped around, also make the lines longer than what you actually need when you use the pen pressure, its too thin in the end.

But its a nice concept, im planning to get a Ipod touch^^
