[Help] How to get two pics into photoshop

Hey thar,

Well, i'm a newb at photoshop atm and i'm trying to do some stuff, so I was just wondering - I have this WoW pic and this Paul Frank pic, and I want to put the paul frank on to the Wow thing. But I don't know how to get the PF picture as a new layer. I tried to drag n' drop the pic into the layer panel. Didn't work. I know this is 100% basic stuff, but can't figure it out lol >_<

If anyone would help I'd appreciate

Ctrl+A, this selects all of the image you wish to copy, now Ctrl+C, this will copy it, then go to the image you wish to place the copied image and Ctrl+V, ths should paste it.

render it right click in the lines make section then Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V on the other pic to move it use the move tool
