[Request] Banner for my private server

Hi could any1 make me a banner for my server i diont care if it moves or not i would jsut like a banner . if any1 could help i would be greatfull and will +Rep when i can :P some things i would olike the banner 2 have

LeightoxicWow(name of server)

PvP server

Instant level 70

Max Level 80

custom malls

and anything else thts u lot can think of thnx
