I like that you are using real people, that's awesome. But this needs a lot of work, I see what you were going for.. But it just needs to execute a little more fluidly. Let me explain...It just looks unfinished and off-balance. It's a sweet concept, but you need to reposition, and maybe resize jack, he looks cut off at the chin. You need a light source, study the lighting on your render and place it there. If you want bold text, just use his name once. Also is that green in the back of jack..I don't want to go much more in fear of wall of text, but there are other things you could have done. Keep it up though, practice makes perfect. I myself am off to my first sig in a week, hopefully I can find a decent stock photopack

its good, but i agree with shiny, also jack has like a grey line around him.. if you could TRY to get that off, it'd be better

if you are cutting out hair then the extract tool does an amazing job, if you dont know how to use it then i can make a tutorial or there are plenty around already.

imo Jack needs moving up and left to get rid of the floating head syndrome :P
