I wondering what I must craft to get this amount of money? When i craft items from expert tier i never get junk worth more than 1g, should i make and salvage items from lower tiers? Or i must craft specific item?

10g grey item? I ran a full search for salvageable materials that are grey and only get 7 results. All of which sell lesser than 1g. Please share that little loophole with me

Switched to tailoring tried a bunch of different salvages, nothing even remotely close to 10g.

Yeah I've been crafting and salvaging as many tailor items as I can afford but nothing anywhere close to 10g a pop. I wonder is it a world drop schematic?

I've checked jabbithole and every other database. There are only 7 grey items you can obtain from salvaging and those are from the different tiers (Novice/Journeyman/etc). The most costly one being Eldan Tech Bits which vendor for 6 silver each I believe. So to have 10g, that one salvage must net you with at least 53 eldan tech bits (assuming you obtain them 3 out of 5 times). And I do not have the materials needed to craft every single item that can be salvaged for Eldan tech bits so if somebody can do so, please share with the rest of us too!

It seems even less likely that you can craft a high level item for less than 50s in ingredients, the core and string alone would be more than that.

Yeah... I've been tailoring since release and am almost expert tailor, and I have no idea what that guy is talking about. I find that unless I need the cloth, salvaging items is less cost effective than just vendoring them.

lettuce, try crafting each item in the tailoring tree for 5 times and then salvage them all, if you can

Still remotely impossible. 50s to craft would mean in the Novice/Journeyman range only and they only net you Nanotech parts which vendors for 59c. To be able to obtain 10g from over 5 crafts? Thats like almost 300 nanotech parts from one salvage, I call bullshit, especially when he posts something like that and then never ever reply to it.
