Hmm yeah got the same.

Tbh do you think it's even updated? Last updates I see is from 2014, and why would you need a leveling guide? The quests themselves point you where you have to go, and the fastest way to level is just questing

Well, I know lots of people prefer questing through such addon. Including me. (I used Zygor for WoW for example). But if it ain't updated then that's too bad.
