Couple of easy questions about tradng in Wildstar

Mostly related to trade and stuff.
1)Can mail be sent to anyone? Do i have to have the recipient in friends and/or online to be able to send it or is it pretty much like wow and i can send to anyone?
2)Can i only trade/send mail to people from my server? Or is it region wide?
(like, i play on Ravenous for example - i can send money to/trade with people from Ravenous only or i can do it with anyone from EU region)
3)how can i switch between regions, do i need different clients for it(like in wow) or can just use same client?

i heard there's no cross realm/server trading but didnt really tried out yet

As far as i can tell from what i have tried, mail is like on wow, no requirements besides the obvious (faction and most likely server)

You can only mail to your faction, on your server.
you can only mail items when at a mail box.
