Housing item dupe

1. Open up the housing vendor
2. Choose the item you want 2x of
3. Right click in the game world
4. Purchase the item

It'll place one in the game world, and a second copy in your crate.

Edit: Doesn't 100% repro. Seems to be related to hitting "buy" vs "purchase", and some timing issue when closing the window. (normally, the item is removed from the game world when hitting purchase - the dupe happens when that bugs and doesn't)

the much items with buff you place in your hosing the more rested XP you get, its always worth to log off in your housing with many (best with Large buff stuff) items in it.

AFAIK buffs of a given type don't stack. You just want a "large" buff for each type of housing item bonus.

This dupe seems to be most useful for people who are just going crazy w/ their house; and want to save a bit when plopping a lot of repeated items.
