    GCD, client-side and server-side check?

There was a time when even it was possible to bypass the client side GCD (global cooldown) counter in WoW so that you effectively had like a .5 second GCD instead of the normal. Nowadays in most modern MMOs the GCD is monitored both server side and client side. Considering the apparent bugs and design decisions in WildStar, has anyone tried to investigate this?
