It should work until such time as they change the loot icon in game, patches be damned. The only reason to grab any updates to autoloot would be if you want any new features put into whatever the latest revision is.

I'm hardly about to go to the trouble to find offsets and hook into a game when a simple image match works perfectly well (for my needs anyway)

I'm going to assume you're on windows 7 or 8. You will find there's an On-Screen Keyboard application that is found in Start->All Programs->Accessories->Easy of Access.

By default the On-Screen Keyboard does not have a numeric pad. Clicking the Options button allows you to turn it on, it will appear when you press OK. Initially the pad may be showing the navigation key tops rather than the numerals, in that case press NumLock and all will be well.

List for me three keys not used in the game and I'll make an alternative version. If any of the function keys (from F1-11) aren't used, I can use them as you should have those on your keyboard. You need to let me know what keys to set, though.

In a later version I'm going to try adding custom keys for the various functions. Can't give a time-frame for it though, so if you'd rather wait it may be a while.

Yes, it works with release version. Until they change the icon for loot (or you change the loot keybind) it will always work.

I'm also in the process of testing out added functionality in the form of reacting to ability activation on event, such as abilities that only work after you crit or deflect. I'll need help from the community on this if I'm to make it work with every ability, however. If I can get it working with the ones I've got on the character I'm playing, I'll post again detailing what I need; nothing more than hi-res screenshots in bmp format, but I'll go into specific detail when I know for sure if it's going to work.
