Tera account banned. Cant get new accounts?

Hi guys!
Im living in a shared student house, and I play tera with 6 more friends. Today I was banned, and for some reason my now my friends who lives in the same building ,cant log in!!! I didnt tell them I was the responisble, but I would like to help them to fix theyr issue.
We tryed to use a UnblockVPN and WiTopia, and it didnt work. We loged 1 account into a guildmate pc in another house, and it logged.

Do you think they banned all accounts from that ip, or they restrict now loging from our ip, or what?

Could sound like an IP ban, or that they banned all accounts connected from that IP.

Either way.. you messed up Talk with your friends about it - if they didn't do anything that could result in a ban, they should write to Tera and state their problem.

It seems it takes some info from the pc. Im able to log in a VM, but the game says "it cant be played on a VM"...
