Possible No damage hack

Hey guys, I was just wondering if it's possible using cheat engine to find the Health address and the pointer associated with it for taking damage and freeze that value? I used to have a hack like that when I played Maple story about 7 years ago and was just wondering if it is possible in this game as well.

You can, and you'll see your health stay at 100%. You'll find out soon enough after your companions says "Let me help you!" that it's server side and locking what you're seeing doesn't change anything to you, actually dying.
