How to solo Belsavis Daily Lights Out (H4+)

1) Enter the area and take off your gear
2) Dismiss your companion
3) Skip past the two packs and don't aggro the roamer
4) Run to the first generator and die
5) Use the Medical Probe to get back up again and disable the generator
6) Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the second and third generator

The generator in the middle with the 200k champion can be tricky if you're impatient.

On another note, if you only die three times, you won't get the 10m wait for the medical probe.

You can do it with dying just one time

1) Dont take off your gear to survive some hits.
2) Get your healer companion out (hopefully geared a little bit)
3) Skip past the two packs and don't aggro the roamer
4) Run to first generator, disable it, companion takes heal aggro
5) Run to second generator, aggro mobs (first mobs should attack your companion until this moment)
6) Disable it (Defensive Cooldown helps a lot)
7) Die
Resurrect
9) Last reactor -> Send your companion to attack the mobs
10) Run in, disable reactor, run like hell out of the group phase
11) Profit

As an assassin/ops you can stealth in and cap them easy, however, when if comes to the boss mob you can climb up on top of the control panel and activate it without aggroing him

You can actually drop combat by running into the first wall on the left and right sides when you come into the open area with the mobs, it considers you leaving the area on just those two walls but make sure you don't run into them after you get the last generator because since you completed the objective it won't let you back in and you have to quick-travel out.
