[Request] Dot Tracker

What I am looking for is a way to track dots in SWToR somehow. Since they don't allow addons, an external program could be written. The following is a "recount" based DPS parser:

STAR WARS: The Old Republic - MOX Raid / Solo Meters

It has popups from the program that can be overlayed onto the SWTOR window. Looking for the same functionality (popup overlay) for a dot tracker. Maybe something simple to start, base it off keypress and start a timer that we can define in the settings.

So if I have a dot that is bound to 3, and it lasts 15 secs when applied, I would press 3, the dot timer would countdown from 15-0 when I pressed. Rudimentary of course, but at least it would help serve a purpose for min/maxing a little easier since the game UI is crap.

Doable?

do a pixel/image search on the area you put your dots (enemy bar or self bar if you want to cleanse it) looking for the specific icon of the dot
