Grade 3 beam generator is wrong

Ok I am having a wtf moment.

Blue Grade 2 Beam Generator.
Blasters fire 6 shots per second.
Ship has shields that absord 25 damage.

Green Grade 3 Beam Generator.
Blasters fire 6 shots per second.

Here's the deal.
Rate of fire is 6 with blue grade 2.
Rate of fire is 7 with green grade 3. Why?

Yeah I reported it as a bug several times. They never replied to me. They could have just put an asterisk by it saying *Thanks Trendkilla.

But not being banned thus far is thanks enuf I suppose
