No longer working.

PoE used to send the type of chest each chest was, they no longer do this. It is impossible for the client to tell what kind of drops each chest has now.

Only thing missing to be honest is the "contains offering" chest. Usually comes with trash but the offering typically pays for your run and is better to take than some of the other lesser currency chest such as low quantity artisan chests.

It's there. It appears as an offering icon. I just forgot to add it to the list.

Tested it a bit, work as intended.

I would recommend making the good chests more intuitive so I wouldn't have to think about which chest to pick.

For example: high quantity arcanist, high quality gems, extra key, free offering, 3 guaranteed uniques, divination cards and map could have a gold border around their icons.

Someone has decided to pay me with some design hours instead of donation money, this should look a lot better as soon as this evening. I already love his first design pass. A couple things need a slight tweak, but overall it's much better than what I did.
